Jason - Rhythm/Lead Guitar

Ladies and Gentlemen(but mainly ladies) I present the only reason any of you actually like this band: The One and Only Jason Withouse.

The guys laugh, but they know it's true.

Name: Jason Withouse
Age: 18
I play Rhythm Guitar mainly, but jam on Lead sometimes when T.J. is too lazy to write a Rhythm Part. Lol. This band is awesome. I love all of these guys like family. Infact they are like family. And hopefully one day we will be living like one, traveling across the country touring and shit. It'll be a blast.

Alex - Lead Guitar

Hey Guys,

I'm being forced by the rest of the band to do this stupid bio thing. So here goes

Name: Alex Winters(Yes I'm Amber's little brother..It sucks)
Age: 20
I play Lead for the band, but sometimes Jason and I switch and I'll play Rhythm.
I've been playing since I was about 12. Been friends with Chase and T.J. for a couple years now and was amped about the idea of starting a band. Hopefully this will grow into something mega and we can take you guys along with us.
Favorite band is by far Linkin Park, and I'm trying to get the guys to do a Nu Metal type song as sort of a tribute to them. We'll see.

Stay Frosty ladies and gents

Don't Give Up On Us Yet

Sup Guys,

It's been far too long since we've updated this. Mainly because the band has taken a bit of a break. With my(TJ's) leaving that put things into a bit of a mess. But I finally got things back on track and they are heading back into the studio soon, and with new songs.

While the guys have been doing some soul searching and practicing and focusing on school and the such, I've been writing. Writing a lot. There are a plethora of new songs. And they will be jammed soon enough, I promise. We're also working on setting up the EF website. It's taking a bit more time than expected, but it will happen. And we will get the music to you guys soon enough.

And, we(Mainly I) will be updating this more often. I'll be getting updates from Chase and the guys(and two lovely ladies) about how things are going and send it right to you guys so you can keep tabs on the band. Hopefully they'll be playing some shows soon, so be on the look out for that. Once they figure out their schedules we will let you guys know when and where the band will make their first official live appearance so STAY TUNED.

Some Pretty Big News

Sup Guys,

Drew here. Sorry about the lack of updating this thing guys. We will try to be better about that starting now.

First off, we have made some changes to the band. Sadly T.J. is no longer playing with the band. He will still be very much involved with the band though. He is still going to be our lyricist, and he's basically our 'manager' now.
So Amber will be taking over the Synth playing, while still doing vocals. It's worked out pretty well so far.

In other news, the band has finished recording out Demo. Finally!! LOL. It's taken us months but we finally did it.
Hopefully we will get a site up soon so we can start selling them so you guys can jam to our tunes. And if you pirate our shit WE WILL FIND AND KILL YOU!! No, but seriously, that shit isn't cool.

So, as some of you might not know, all of us are HUGE Anime lovers. We're obsessed with it. And one of our favorites is an Anime called 'Death Note'. If you haven't heard of it YOU NEED TO CHECK IT OUT RIGHT NOW!! It is pretty stinkin awesome. Well anyways, TJ brought us the idea of doing a cover of the title theme for Death Note and we finally finished it. It sounds pretty rockin if I do say so myself. We recorded two versions. One of them was with myself and the girls singing the Japanese lyrics, and the other was the English translation of the lyrics. Yes we learned an entire song in Japanese. It was awesome. Hopefully we will get that on the web soon so you guys can check it out.

That's about all for now. Stay chill guys.

Oh and one more thing. TJ will hopefully be getting his book published soon. So be sure to check back for info on that. Or go to his blog mazzusmind.blogspot.com and check and see when he's going to be hitting the shelves. Hopefully it will get turned into an Anime so we can make the shows soundtrack. How killer would that be! I believe the book is 'The Lost Soul:Iku'. So be sure to look out for that.

Update-2/5/09

Just a quick update from the band.
We're still working on putting some stuff together before we send out the songs. So far we've just made some minor adjustments to some of the songs, specifically 'Prove It' and 'Wings of the Fallen'. We also made some changes to our cover or 'Fly From the Inside' to make it just a little more original. It sounded pretty intense when we ran through it Tuesday night. Hopefully this weekend we will be able to get it completely solid and recorded.
Other than that not much can be said. Hope you guys are doing well. And if you need something to take the edge off while you wait to finally hear our kick-ass-osity(word 'copyrighted' by Drew/Evenflow) then we all recommend you check out The Fray's new CD, 'The Fray'. We've all been raving about it since we first got to listen to it.
Soon we will probably post the lyrics to another one of our songs. So be on the lookout for that.

Shinedown

Sup Guys,

So this was a pretty interesting week for the band. Aside from starting the blog and working on out own website, we've been recording songs and working on our demo. So far we have 8 original songs, and 2 Shinedown covers.
We worked on recording cover's of 'Breaking Inside' and 'Fly From the Inside', both Shinedown songs that all of us love. It was interesting working on the songs because, with Amber and Ashley, we had a different element to work with. But I think that we pulled it off pretty damn well. Hearing the final version of the two songs, I think we did a great job. The girls did an excellent job, as did the rest of the band.
Other than those two songs, we've recorded 8 of our own songs. We plan on getting some more done, but might just wait until we get our band out there and start rocking people's faces off. 'Running Away from Me'(consensus favorite song of the band), 'Wings of the Fallen', 'The Ascent', 'Prove It', 'Teach Me', 'Shadow of Myself', 'I Lust You Too', and 'Hate the World'.
Hopefully we will have a set release date soon, so be on the look-out for our demo. We will find a way to get it to you guys. We are going to set up a myspace soon as well. If you guys want to talk to any of us, you can e-mail the band or us individually.
,Much Love

Drew - Lead Vocals, Lyrics

Hey. I'm Drew Housen, the Lead Vocalist of Evenflow( the most kickass band EVER).
I am also the Co-Lyricist,along with T.J., for the band.

Background info..I guess I could tell you that. I've been singing since I was a tot, and loved it and kept singing and still loved it so I still do it. And now I'm trying to get famous and have girls throw their clothing on the stage as I sing to them with my rockin' band.
And, ladies, I do not have a chick-counterpart at the moment so if you want to audition feel free to shoot me an e-mail.
